Purchases, Return & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase!  


If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at contact@studiominimale.com within 7 days of the delivered date to request a return and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization which must be included on or in your return package.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  We must validate the return before you send us the product back. This is the only way to get a refund.  


Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Thus, customers are responsible for (1) the return shipping charges and (2) the product until we receive it back. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.   


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (less shipping costs) to be posted to your credit card or PayPal account.


If you want to exchange a product, the procedure is the same as a return. If the reason of the exchange is a flaw in the item, you will not be charged shipping. In any other cases, as a general rule, we would charge you the new shipping costs, but we would consider each case individually and decide ad hoc. 

 

We do not accept cancelations, and please be aware that all items sold “AS IS/ FINAL SALE” and/or items that are designated as NON-RETURNABLE such as perishable items and skincare, household products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons.
